Bangkok is a natural regional hub for South-East Asia with the well connected Suvarnabhumi Airport. Finland itself is a gateway to Europe, Russia and the Baltic states not just of its geographical location but as a well performing and reliable business environment – according to The Global Enabling Trade Report 2008 of World Economic Forum the best business environment in the world is actually in Finland.

Events
• Membership in the TFCC builds a sense of community through our networking luncheons or business dinners with interesting speakers covering topics of a general, business, technical or cultural nature.
• Membership in the TFCC enables community-wide programs that enhance our profession, such as visits to leading, advance and interesting Thai and Finnish companies.
• We foster a cultural heritage for Finnish companies and families through social events like the Vappu Party (May 1st) and the traditional "Pikkujoulu" Christmas party (late November), as well as cultural events to increase and broaden the understanding of Thai and Finnish culture and history.
• TFCC is also arranging sporting competitions such as the Go-Karting Race, Ambassador’s Cup Golf Tournament and Invitational Nordic Masters Golf Tournament.
Affiliations
• The Chamber promotes business between Finland and Thailand through close links with the Embassy of Finland.
• We can address your business matters and concerns striving for change, developing relationships with the government and other industry groups.
• Active involvement in the Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Thailand (JFCCT) and their events.

APPLICATION FORM

Our current members consist of companies and individuals from a wide spectrum of industries and services. We welcome individuals and corporations wishing to take part in our work to develop and promote business relations between Thailand and Finland or who just have a general interest in Finland or in our recognized ability to arrange events with a broad appeal. Annual Subscription: Following an initial application approval by the General Committee, subscription fees are payable for a twelve month period beginning the month of application approval.
Membership fees are listed below. Your check made payable to the "Thai-Finnish Chamber of Commerce" should accompany your application.
To facilitate the simplification of Members’ dues, Membership will now be based on the calendar year. If you are a member who originally joined in July onwards you will be invoiced for the period up to December 2012 (pro-rata 2011 plus 2012).
This means that any Member invoiced in this manner will not be invoiced again until December 2012 for the calendar year 2013.
Any Member whose annual renewal falls between February and June will be invoiced pro-rata for the balance of 2011 and will be invoiced again in December 2011 for the year 2012.
