The Thai-Finnish Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present our Power Breakfast hosted by Mr. Michael Doyle, who will brief us on "Avoiding Legal Disasters in Thailand".

Mr. Michael Doyle will present true life stories of foreign investors who had big legal problems in Thailand in the areas of real estate, tax and establishing business operations. These are valuable lessons the audience can learn from.

Mr. Michael Doyle is a US lawyer from Arkansas who moved to Thailand in 1996. He joined ‘Seri Manop & Doyle' in 1999 and was made partner in 2002.  His core areas of expertise are corporate law, finance, real estate law and dispute resolution and he is fluent in both spoken and written Thai. Many of you may be familiar with his books Doyle's Practical Guide to Thailand Business Law (3rd Edition) and Doyle's Practical Guide to Intellectual Property Law which are for sale in bookstores in Thailand. He is also a guest lecturer at Thammasat University. 
Participants will also have a chance to buy Mr. Doyle's books at 500 baht per copy, reduced from the cover price of 595 baht.
