Background:
Established in 1977 with initial registered capital of Baht 2 million, Became a J.V. Company with KONE Corp. of Finland and listed in The Stock Exchange of Thailand in August 1994. In 2005 KONE became a major shareholder and de-listed from the Stock Exchange of Thailand.  In June 2009 KONE leveraged final option and purchased most of the remaining shares.

Sales, installation, service and maintenance of KONE escalators and auto-walks;
Sole Distributor of Stannah stairlifts and Dumus lifts;
After-Sales Service (Preventive maintenance, Repair and Modernization).
